The processing facility is located at Tumsar in Maharashtra. The processing unit was commissioned in the year 2005 and it has the capacity to produce MnO 7200 MT/annum and MnO2 2400 MT/annum.

This manganese division is an integrated manganese processor in India and it has its own manganese mine (Jarah Mohgaon Manganese Mine). The mine supplies manganese to the processing unit and to the steel plants located nearby.
